Disarm Emails - Disarms all emails. No emails can be sent

Arm One Email - It only arms one email. The reference email number must be in the BLOCK field

Set Start - In order for this to work. All emails have to be armed. Then the Set Start works by putting a set start number in the BLOCK field. This number will be the start email number to be sent out. Any emails before that are disable.
